We are currently seeking a RPA Business Sys. Analysis Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Requirements:

• Must be a Graduate. BTech/BE or any other technical degree preferred.
• Good Knowledge on service desk processes and knowledge on Windows, Unix, Network
• Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Excellent client handling skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job description:

• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
• Drive automation resolution percentage by introducing new use cases and enhancing existing workflows.
• Perform quality assurance.
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Define reporting and alerting requirements.
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
• Help design, document and maintain system processes.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

Work Timings:

Should be comfortable to work in UK shift.
