We are currently seeking a RPA Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description: RPA Developer
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with RPA platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to streamline business operations and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Design and Development: Understand business requirements and design RPA bots accordingly. Develop and test automation workflows to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
•    Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with external tools and systems to create seamless workflows. This includes working with APIs, databases, and other software applications.
•    Deployment: Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
•    Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues in RPA solutions to ensure smooth operations. Perform regular maintenance and updates to improve performance.
•    Documentation: Document processes and maintain technical specifications for all RPA tasks and workflows.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions. Provide guidance on RPA best practices.
•    Agile Methodology: Participate in agile development teams and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality RPA solutions.
•    Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of RPA implementations and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and practices.
Qualifications:
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•    Experience: Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Experience with medium to complex RPA projects involving integrations with external tools.
•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in workflow design, process automation, and system integration. Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, VBA, and Python is a plus.
•    Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
•    Agile Experience: Experience working in agile teams and participating in sprint-based development environments.
•    Certifications: Relevant RPA certifications from UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
•    Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy development environment is preferred though not mandatory.
•    Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, develop integrations, and maintain system documentation.
•    Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
