We are currently seeking a Resource Management Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
The Regional Resource Management Delivery Specialist Advisor (note the title will change to align to the new Inc. career architecture) is a senior workforce leader responsible for driving talent deployment strategy, workforce optimization, and resource management outcomes across the APAC Regional BU. This role serves as a strategic partner to Delivery, Practice, Sales, Finance, Strategic Workforce Management (SWM), and People & Culture leaders to ensure the right talent is aligned to business priorities, client commitments, and growth objectives.
The Regional RM Delivery Specialist Advisor provides regional leadership for workforce deployment, utilization, capacity planning, talent mobility, and demand fulfillment. Leveraging workforce data, market insights, and business forecasts, this leader identifies opportunities to improve workforce productivity, accelerate deployment velocity, optimize talent investments, and strengthen workforce readiness.
As a key member of the Talent Supply Chain ecosystem, the role works across organizational boundaries to connect workforce planning, hiring, skills development, internal mobility, and deployment strategies that enable sustainable business growth and exceptional client delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Workforce Leadership
- Lead resource management strategy and execution across the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce priorities.
- Serve as the primary regional advisor on workforce deployment, utilization, capacity management, and talent supply strategies.
- Drive consistency, governance, and operational excellence across resource management practices.
- Influence workforce decisions through data-driven recommendations and actionable insights.
Talent Supply and Demand Optimization
- Partner with Delivery, Practice, and Account leaders to understand current and future workforce requirements.
- Oversee the identification and fulfillment of talent demand through effective deployment, redeployment, and workforce optimization strategies.
- Monitor workforce capacity, utilization, bench levels, and skills availability to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Drive actions that improve deployment outcomes, reduce revenue leakage, and maximize workforce productivity.
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with the Strategic Workforce Management Center of Excellence to translate business strategies into actionable workforce plans.
- Leverage workforce analytics and market intelligence to anticipate future workforce needs and inform talent strategies.
- Support build, buy, borrow, bot, and mobility strategies that address capability gaps and business growth requirements.
- Contribute regional insights to enterprise workforce planning initiatives and talent supply chain strategies.
Executive Partnership and Influence
- Establish trusted partnerships with regional executives, delivery leaders, and practice leaders.
- Facilitate workforce reviews, deployment governance discussions, and talent planning conversations.
- Provide workforce insights that support informed decision-making regarding growth, investments, restructuring, and client commitments.
- Influence business outcomes by identifying workforce opportunities and mitigation strategies.
Analytics and Business Insights
- Analyze workforce trends and key performance indicators to drive improved business performance.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights related to:

- Forecast accuracy

- Recommend actions that improve workforce outcomes and operational effectiveness.
Transformation and Innovation
- Champion the adoption of workforce technologies, skills intelligence platforms, and talent marketplace capabilities.
- Partner with SWM, Operations, and Digital Transformation teams to advance workforce modernization initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and scalable practices that enhance workforce agility and efficiency.
- Support the evolution of a skills-based workforce model that enables greater mobility and workforce flexibility.
Talent and Career Growth
- Enable meaningful deployment opportunities that support both business needs and employee career aspirations.
- Promote internal mobility and workforce development initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Partner with Career Coaches, Learning, and People & Culture teams to improve workforce readiness and long-term talent sustainability.
- Foster NTT DATA's commitment to being the place where people grow by helping employees gain broad experiences and advance their careers.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 10 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Supply Chain, Professional Services Operations, or a related discipline.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders in a global services, consulting, or technology organization.
- Demonstrated success driving workforce optimization, deployment strategy, and talent planning initiatives.
- Experience influencing outcomes across complex, matrixed organizations.
Knowledge and Skills
- Deep expertise in resource management, workforce planning, utilization management, and talent supply chain principles.
- Strong understanding of skills-based workforce strategies and talent marketplace concepts.
- Advanced analytical, forecasting, and workforce modeling capabilities.
- Executive-level communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect workforce decisions to financial and operational outcomes.
- Experience with workforce intelligence and planning technologies is highly preferred
