We are currently seeking a SAP GRC Process Control Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

SAP GRC Process Control Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on SAP GRC Process Control Consultant to support, enhance, and govern enterprise compliance and control processes. The role involves implementing and supporting SAP GRC Process Control solutions, managing automated controls, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and collaborating with business, audit, risk, and technology teams to strengthen governance and controls across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, support, and enhance SAP GRC Process Control (PC) solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Configure and maintain Process Control capabilities including Master Data, Control Testing, Assessments, Surveys, Certifications, and Management Control Plans (MCP).
• Design, implement, and monitor Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) and automated controls.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while ensuring sustainable solutions.
• Perform IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) testing and assessments.
• Develop compliance dashboards, KPI reports, and audit reporting metrics.
• Support risk assessments, control design reviews, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, control owners, auditors, and technical teams to deliver effective governance solutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, project governance, and compliance requirements.
• Support project planning, decision-making, resource coordination, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in SAP IT Audit, Risk, Controls, or SAP GRC Process Control.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Process Control implementation, enhancement, and support.
• Strong understanding of:

• Risk Assessment & Compliance Monitoring
• ITGC, ITAC, SOX Controls
• Control Framework Design
• Audit and Governance Processes
• Experience leading or supporting SAP Risk & Controls engagements, including control design, testing, assessments, and implementation reviews across SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.
• Exposure to Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
