The work of Salesforce Developers provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised. 


Once You Are Here, You Will: 


  • Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
  • Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
  • Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within platform 

  • Develop and maintain Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex and integrations to other third-party solutions 

  • Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment 

  • Update PM on issues/roadblocks in adhering to the timelines for tasks allocated 

  • Attend Meeting setup by PM and update the status of tasks allocated 

  • Develop Apex Class and Visual force pages in compliance with recommended standards 

  • Develop Apex Test classes with a minimum of 90% coverage as all functionalities and bulk operations might be validated.  




Required Skills / Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce
  • 1+ years’ experience leading a team of 2+
  • Good technical and communication skills- Able to communicate directly with customer
  • Standard APEX Development experience of more than 3 years - (Methods, Triggers, Governor Limits, Test Classes, etc.)
  • Regarding specific APEX skills, Batch Jobs would be a major plus
  • Integration experience with Salesforce CPQ API & have good Communities knowledge
  • Knowledge of Permissions sets, authentication mechanisms
  • Integration (SOAP/REST API)
  • Knowledge on JS a plus
  • Working experience on Sales Cloud.
  • Good issue debugging capabilities.



  • More than 1 year of experience in development LWC and Aura components
  • Salesforce CPQ API experience a big plus 
  • Salesforce CPQ QCP (quote calculator plug-in) and Javascript a big plus.

Remote with minimum client travel expected (under normal operating conditions post-COVID)
