We are currently seeking a SQA Lead (TOSCA) - Healthcare & Life Sciences - SDG Project to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SQA Lead with strong expertise in TOSCA to lead quality assurance initiatives for Healthcare and Life Sciences projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in test automation, SAP (ECC & S/4HANA) systems, and regulated environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as GxP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for healthcare/life sciences applications
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using TOSCA
• Drive test automation adoption and improve overall test efficiency and coverage
• Manage and mentor QA team members, including onshore/offshore coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Dev, BA, Validation teams)
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards
• Work extensively on SAP ECC and S/4HANA modules, ensuring quality across business processes
• Define and track QA metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
• Identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies throughout the QA lifecycle
• Support CSV (Computer System Validation) activities and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with TOSCA (Test Automation)
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences domain
• 3+ years of experience working in GxP-regulated environments
• 3+ years of solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA (functional testing exposure across modules like SD, MM, FICO, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest, ALM)
• Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience in API testing, integration testing, and data validation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• TOSCA Certification (Automation Specialist/Engineer)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of data integrity and validation processes
• Prior experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices companies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership and team mentoring skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Test Data Management tools
• Exposure to performance testing tools
• Knowledge of RPA or AI-based testing tools
