NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Systems Administration Senior Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).



The role requires 1-3 years IT experience on Windows and VMWare technologies. to  handle large complex projects.


Good working knowledge and experience on Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008 & 2012
Good knowledge in Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
Good Knowledge on VMWare.
Working knowledge on Patch Mgmt tool like SCCM, WSUS & SMS
Working knowledge on backup tools (Avamar).

Follow technical/operational escalation process
Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
Walk customers through problem solving process
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
Performs the system administration tasks of basic complexity.
Co-ordinate with different teams and customer focal.
Escalate issues to next level in timely manner.
Create, work on the tickets as advised and take necessary actions.
Co-ordinate with end users and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve the reported issues.
Understand alert and Job monitoring and act appropriately.
Should have good oral and Written Communication skill
Should have strong knowledge ticketing & monitoring tool
Should have Knowledge of the ITIL Processes (Incident, and Service Request Management)
Flexible to work on 24/7 Support
Follow technical/operational escalation.
