Reporting Director, Large Deals

We are currently seeking a Reporting Director to join our Global Large Deals team. This role will primarily focus on managing various reporting workstreams for large deals focused on timely release of all reports and dashboards to CXOs along with complete automation over time.
Overview: The Reporting Director is a multi-faceted role responsible for supporting end-to-end governance for large deals reporting right from creating periodic CXO reports to daily/weekly/biweekly updates on progress and performance of large deals split by geography, service, type of work, to name a few. They will act as business analysts for the technical team and will be responsible for creating as well as enhancing all report requirements. Once a cadence is set, they will be responsible for automating the entire process ensuring no loss of data or quality.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee and manage Large Deals Team’s financial reporting processes including month-end and quarter-end reports
- In-depth analysis to find trends in data that can be shared with leaders for actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for day-to-day tasks
- Direct preparation, review and analysis of data to ensure accuracy
- Regular reporting reviews (e.g. Quarterly reports) with Leadership to ensure timely updates
- Creation of automated portals, platforms, dashboards etc. for regular reporting
- Data lake creation and management of historic data for trend analysis
- Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of successful experience in program management, data analysis and reporting
- Expert in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Proven expertise in MS Excel (including macros), MS Powerpoint
- Proven expertise in creation of automated reporting dashboards
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills with experience in working with senior leaders
- Strong data analysis skills to gather actionable insights
- Strong management of stakeholders, sponsors and customer CXO executives
- Led large, diverse project teams in driving multiple org-wide programs across functions
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and drive team performance.
- Excellent project management and process skills
