We are currently seeking a "Salesforce L1.5-L2 Support -BAU ( Sales,Service & Layality Cloud)" to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Salesfoce junior developer with L1.5and L2
W e are looking for a Junior Salesforce Support Specialist to provide L1.5 and L2-level support for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud applications. This role involves assisting with day-to-day BAU operations, resolving user issues, handling basic configurations, and escalating complex problems to senior support or development teams. The candidate should be able to work independently within the Australian time zone works on shifts
Key Responsibilities:
L1.5 – Enhanced End-User Support:
• Respond to user queries related to case management, portal access, and task assignments.
• Perform initial analysis and categorization of issues based on severity and impact.
• Provide support for Experience Cloud login issues, profile/role mismatches, and navigation queries.
• Escalate technical or recurring issues to L2/L3 support teams with detailed notes.
L2 – Functional Support & Minor Configuration:
• Investigate and resolve issues involving Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and assignment rules.
• Assist with Service Cloud configurations like case queues, email templates, and macros.
• Support Experience Cloud configurations: page settings, user permissions, and visibility rules.
• Perform routine data operations (imports, updates) using tools like Data Loader or Workbench.
• Monitor basic system performance and coordinate with senior team members on outages or incidents.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or support role.
• Hands-on familiarity with:
• Service Cloud: Case creation, case routing, knowledge articles
• Experience Cloud: Portal user management, profile/permission setup
• Basic understanding of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with issue tracking systems like Jira or ServiceNow is preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) – Required
• Platform App Builder – Optional but beneficial
