We are currently seeking a Senior AI Security & Adversarial Testing Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Profile: Senior AI Security & Adversarial Testing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Security & Adversarial Testing Engineer to assess, secure, and enhance the resilience of AI/LLM-based applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI security, adversarial testing, red teaming, threat modelling, secure software development, and AI risk management. This role will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, validating security controls, conducting security assessments, and ensuring AI systems comply with industry security and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct AI/LLM security assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability identification across AI applications and platforms.
2. Perform adversarial testing, red teaming, jailbreak assessments, and prompt injection testing to evaluate AI system robustness.
3. Design and execute automated security testing frameworks using Python and industry-standard tooling.
4. Establish and implement secure development practices aligned with Secure SDLC methodologies.
5. Develop and execute AI evaluation and benchmarking frameworks to measure model security, safety, and reliability.
6. Assess AI solutions against OWASP LLM Top 10, NIST AI RMF, and other applicable security standards and frameworks.
7. Perform risk assessments and support governance, compliance, and security reporting activities.
8. Evaluate the security of Agentic AI systems, tools, plugins, APIs, and MCP-based integrations.
9. Conduct multi-modal security testing across text, image, audio, and document-based AI models.
10. Collaborate with engineering, security, governance, and AI teams to identify and remediate security risks.
11. Support AI model risk management initiatives and contribute to AI safety and security best practices.
12. Monitor emerging AI threats, attack techniques, and adversarial research to strengthen organizational AI security posture.
