Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Delivery Lead to provide thought leadership and drive Agile best practices at scale across complex products and programs. This role will lead cross-functional teams, enable delivery across multiple scrum teams, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with strong program management skills, deep Agile expertise, and excellent stakeholder communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Delivery

• Provide thought leadership on Agile best practices at scale across assigned products and programs
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile values, principles, and engineering craftsmanship best practices
• Enable delivery across multiple teams through multi-sprint and “big room” planning

Program & Project Management

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, costs, and constraints across programs
• Balance business priorities and technical constraints with clear, data-driven reporting
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps
• Track overall progress and proactively manage delivery risks

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align roadmaps, priorities, and delivery timelines
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to remove impediments for scrum teams
• Act as a trusted delivery partner and escalation point

Metrics, Reporting & Tools

• Track and report product- and program-level metrics (velocity, predictability, delivery health, risks)
• Ensure transparent, consistent communication on progress and upcoming deliverables
• Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and related reporting dashboards effectively

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of strong IT Project / Program Management experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Atleast 5+ years of proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of ands-on experience delivering complex initiatives in scaled Agile environments
• Strong risk management, planning, and execution skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in product-led or platform-based organizations
• SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certifications
• Experience with engineering excellence practices (CI/CD, DevOps, quality metrics)
• Background in data-driven decision making and executive-level reporting
