We are currently seeking a Senior Camunda Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance web applications using Java 11, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Workflow Automation: Create, configure, and optimize BPMN 2.0 workflows using Camunda; contribute to workflow migrations from legacy systems (e.g., AppWorks to Camunda).
- Integration Projects: Integrate applications with third-party systems including Salesforce, Miles, Infinite, and other enterprise platforms for seamless customer onboarding and contract management.
- Camunda Expertise: Contribute to Camunda 7 to Camunda 8 migration PoCs, implement modular solutions, and provide workflow optimization recommendations.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Participate in CI/CD setup and maintenance using Jenkins; manage production deployments, post-go-live support, and issue resolution.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical designs and propose best-fit solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and client teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Code Management: Use Git/Bitbucket for source control and follow best practices for branching and release management.
- Agile Development: Participate in Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Performance & Quality: Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and follow best practices for scalable and maintainable development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Java application development with a strong background in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Camunda 7 BPM (process modeling, decision tables, task orchestration) and familiarity with Camunda 8.
- Experience in workflow migration projects and third-party system integrations (Salesforce, ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and deployment on cloud/on-prem environments.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative software development practices.
- Proficiency in Git/Bitbucket version control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to analytics implementation and custom reporting solutions.
- Experience in global market implementations (e.g., Europe, Australia).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
