Job Title: Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer – Lead Workflow Specialist

 


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer with deep expertise in lead management workflows and end-to-end automation within the Sales Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools, Apex development, and Lightning Web Components, along with solid business understanding of lead qualification and sales processes. This role requires someone who can design scalable automation, optimize lead lifecycle operations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Service Cloud teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end lead management workflows within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Build and enhance Flows, Process Builder automations, and Validation Rules to support lead routing, qualification, and assignment.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes for advanced lead-related logic and scalability.
  • Create Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience for lead-related processes and dashboards.
  • Implement and manage REST/SOAP API integrations for seamless lead data exchange with external systems.
  • Configure and optimize duplicate management, lead deduplication strategies, and data quality frameworks.
  • Ensure all automations and custom code follow Salesforce best practices, including bulkification and governor limit adherence.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Support cross-cloud integration initiatives, primarily with Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Monitor and report on key sales KPIs such as lead response time, funnel progression, and conversion metrics.

Required Technical Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com Projects.
  • Should be expertise in Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing), Apex Programming and Force.com Capabilities
  • Should have 5+ years of experience in Sales Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud architecture, lead lifecycle, and lead management best practices.
  • Expertise in Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Validation Rules for workflow automation.
  • Strong experience building Apex classes, triggers, and other programmatic components.
  • Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with bulkification strategies, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.

Business & Domain Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of lead qualification, assignment, and conversion processes.
  • Awareness of key sales KPIs such as lead response time, conversion rate, and funnel metrics.
  • Experience working with or supporting integrations across Sales, Marketing, and Service Clouds.
