We are currently seeking a Sitecore Dev to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Once You Are Here, You Will:
- Participate in client discovery sessions, document solution requirements, and offer optimal solutions.
- Assist with the architecture and configuration of development environments and deployment procedures.
- Contribute as a strong individual contributor, working within timelines and budgets to meet or exceed project success criteria.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple NTT DATA and client teams.
- Collaborate with other Sitecore front-end and back-end developers to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions.
- Provide mentorship, perform systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Develop leading-edge Sitecore solutions and integrations with other systems and applications.
- Work with business partners/business analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and release features.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
- Support Agile teams with planning, scoping, and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through continuous delivery to production.
- Regularly mentors and reviews work of less experienced team members.
- Initiates corrective action to stay on project schedules.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 to 10 years’ years’ experience in Sitecore development
- 8 to 10 years’ years’ experienced with Sitecore XM / XMC / XP (Sitecore v10.x, v9.x)
- 6+ years of experience in Sitecore architecture and content management.
Preferred Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in software development or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Certified Sitecore 10 .NET Developer
- Experience with Glass mapper or any other ORM tool
- Worked on pipelines and processors.
- Knowledge of Sitecore upgrades and migration
- Worked on site performance improvements.
- Strong understanding of A/ B testing
- Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub and Sitecore Experience Edge
- Experience in containerized development
- Familiarity with Azure Sitecore managed cloud
- Experience in writing customer facing technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of Sitecore MVC, Helix architecture and SXA
- Worked on Sitecore Headless development.
- Hands- on experience developing Sitecore templates, layouts and renderings.
- Experienced in multi- site and multi- lingual implementations.
- Worked with Solr/ Searchstax/ Coveo
- Sitecore Item API, Content Search API, Sitecore services API
- Expertise in xconnect, Sitecore xDB, personalization and analytics
- Ability in Sitecore caching
- Knowledge of working with TDS/ Unicorn
- Able to perform visual studio debugging, analyze Sitecore logs.
- Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL server
- Familiarity with JavaScript, React or Next.js
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/ CD pipelines
- Worked on cloud-based development environments (Azure/ AWS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Experience with application development including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of leading a full client development team of up to 6-8 people able to guide developers in delivering code following good design principles, and meeting the Definition of Done
- Leads communication of status to the client for team and Identifies new areas of work
- Participates in sales process with new prospects
