We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Summary

 

An UX Designer would visually represent concepts in the form of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes which are presentable, feasible to be developed as UI screens and are testable.

Area of Responsibility

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with multiple options so that an appropriate choice can be made based on the scenario
  • Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate with Application Responsible, Feature Team and stakeholders.
  • Be proactive, communicative to challenge stakeholders to achieve the best possible design

 

Knowledge / Experience

 

  • Five or more past projects where there is an independent contribution of UX design experience using Figma or other related tools.
  • Experience designing complex solutions with multiple options citing reasoning of the best possible option for the business scenarios.
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a must.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum ecosystem, working collaboratively with the team.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
  • Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
