We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

  • We are hiring a MuleSoft Application / Production Support Analyst (L2/L3) with 3–8 years of experience to support and enhance MuleSoft-based integration platforms. The role focuses on supporting scheduler-driven integrations, ensuring reliable execution of batch processes, resolving production issues, and maintaining overall platform stability and performance.

     

    Key Responsibilities
    Provide L2/L3 production support for MuleSoft applications, with a focus on scheduler-based and batch integrations.
    Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Mule 4 flows, scheduled jobs, APIs, and DataWeave transformations.
    Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for job failures, performance issues, and integration breakdowns; implement fixes and preventive measures.
    Handle code-level fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates in MuleSoft applications.
    Ensure timely execution of scheduled jobs, including dependency handling and recovery/re-run strategies.
    Monitor application health, logs, and job executions; proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks (memory, JVM, threading, scheduling delays).
    Support deployments on CloudHub
    Manage and troubleshoot API integrations and connectivity issues across internal and external systems.
    Collaborate with L1 support, infrastructure, and development teams during incident resolution and releases.
    Maintain runbooks, job schedules, recovery procedures, and technical documentation.
    Participate in release support, batch window monitoring, and on-call rotations for critical job cycles.

     

    Required Skills
    3–8 years of IT experience with hands-on expertise in MuleSoft support and development.
    Strong experience in Mule 4, DataWeave 2.x, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns.
    Experience in supporting scheduler-based or batch-driven integrations.
    Strong troubleshooting skills with log analysis, job failure handling, and performance tuning.
    Understanding of Linux/Unix, scheduling concepts (cron/batch jobs), and JVM fundamentals.
    Familiarity with incident/problem management processes (ITIL preferred).
    Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
    Ability to work in production support environments and handle critical incidents.
    Preferred Experience
    Experience supporting high-volume batch processing systems or event-driven integrations.
    Exposure to working on AWS is a plus.
    Familiarity with monitoring tools and job orchestration platforms.

     

    Operational Requirements
    Willingness to work in rotational support shifts, including weekends and on-call coverage.
    Availability during critical batch processing windows and release cycles.
