We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Officer (PMO) to support project planning, execution, governance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and project governance.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Track project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, processes, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and management reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project updates and ensure timely communication.
• Assist in change management, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure audit readiness.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Planview.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in project governance, resource planning, and risk management.
