We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 5–6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Build predictive models and conduct statistical analysis to solve business problems.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting systems.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
• Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
