We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

ole - FrontEnd Technical Lead

Overview
Frontend Team Lead with deep expertise in React.js to lead development team. He/she will be responsible for driving the technical vision, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on coding, architectural decision-making, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers working primarily with React.js.
2. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
3. Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
4. Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
5. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies.
6. Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend development and React ecosystem.
7. Manage sprint planning, task assignments, and delivery timelines.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the frontend stack.
9. Advocate for user-centric design and accessibility standards.

Requirement 
1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
2. 10+ years of experience with UX/UI frontend development
3. Familiarity with Azure or hybrid cloud environments
4. Strong leadership skills, analytical, troubleshooting skills
5. Excellent documentation and communication skills
6. Tech Stack/Skills -

React.js — Hooks, Context API, Component lifecycle, Suspense, Concurrent Rendering.
State Management — Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or MobX for complex application states.
JavaScript (ES6+) — Deep understanding of modern JavaScript concepts (promises, async/await, closures, prototypes).
TypeScript — Strong typing, interfaces, generics, decorators for large-scale app stability.
Next.js / Gatsby — Server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and SEO optimization.
Routing & Navigation — React Router, dynamic routing, route guards

Responsive & Adaptive Design — Mastery of CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and media queries
UI Frameworks — Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
Accessibility — WCAG compliance, ARIA attributes, keyboard navigation support
Design Systems — Experience in creating and managing reusable UI component libraries (Storybook, Bit)
Cross-browser & Cross-platform Compatibility — Ensuring pixel-perfect, consistent behavior across devices

Micro-Frontends Architecture — Module Federation, Webpack 5, or single-spa implementations
Scalability Patterns — Lazy loading, dynamic imports, code splitting, and caching
Performance Optimization — React Profiler, memoization, virtualization (React Window, React Virtualized)
API Integration — RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Axios, Apollo Client, error handling
Security — XSS prevention, CORS configuration, secure API calls, role-based access (RBAC)
Testing Frameworks — Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright for automation
