Role Overview

Provides technical leadership for the development team and is accountable for the design, quality, and delivery of scalable digital banking solutions. Acts as the primary technical lead across frontend and backend development activities while ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of frontend and backend solutions.
• Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and solution quality.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and delivery leads on technical decisions.
• Mentor developers and provide technical oversight across the delivery lifecycle.
• Support solution architecture, API design, cloud integration, and performance optimisation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and delivery dependencies.
