We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software
products through effective test automation, test planning, and test execution. You will work closely with
our development team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts to validate software
functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Develop, maintain and execute highly impactful Test cases, which has strong influence in ensuring
quality delivery of application, which has a complex calculation engine in back, end.
• Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to
support continuous testing and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, identify test
scenarios, and provide feedback on design and usability.
• Perform manual and automated testing of front-end, back-end, and end-to-end software
components.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues and
ensure timely bug fixes.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and
retrospectives.
• Monitor and report on test coverage, test execution progress, and product quality metrics.
• Continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and
effectiveness.
• Mentor junior members of the QA team and provide guidance on testing best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SDET or similar role, with a track record of designing and implementing
effective test automation frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, or Python.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress.io,
Cucumber etc...
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, and defect management processes.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web application
architecture.
• Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues
independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented
environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing and deployment environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous
Deployment).
• Certification in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
