We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

About the Role

Build modern, high-performance, AI-integrated UIs for planners across 3D layout views, process timelines, and collaborative planning interfaces — all delivered as responsive web apps with offline capabilities and Copilot integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop modular, responsive user interfaces using React + TypeScript with state management (Zustand/Redux/React Query).
• Implement 3D factory visualizations using Three.js or Babylon.js, with overlays for stations, parts, tasks, and dependencies.
• Build persona-specific dashboards and work surfaces (Planner, Engineer, Approver) based on feature toggles and context.
• Create Progressive Web App (PWA) experience, including offline access, caching, sync queues, and service workers.
• Integrate frontend with GraphQL APIs, Copilot suggestion APIs, and real-time updates via WebSockets or Yjs.
• Optimize performance and loading behavior for large data sets (e.g., 10k+ parts, 3D models), using techniques like virtualization, chunking, and caching.
• Build AI-first interfaces: show draft cards, auto-fill fields, Copilot side panel, and explainability flows.
• Contribute to and extend a Design System (based on Tailwind + ShadCN/Material UI), reusable across squads.
• Ensure accessibility, mobile/tablet responsiveness, and WCAG compliance.

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and frontend state management libraries (e.g., React Query, Zustand, Redux Toolkit).
• Experience with 3D rendering in browser using Three.js, Babylon.js, or Unity WebGL.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and handling nested query states and caching.
• Working knowledge of performance tuning, bundling, lazy loading, and web workers.
• Strong grasp of CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS), component libraries (ShadCN, MUI), and cross-browser/mobile support.

Preferred Experience:

• Building PWAs in enterprise-grade platforms with offline fallback strategies.
• Working with AI-assisted user experiences (chatbots, recommendation overlays, autocomplete).
• Experience in manufacturing, PLM, or 3D-heavy user applications (e.g., CAD viewers, digital twins).
• Familiarity with real-time collaborative UIs (e.g., Figma-style ghost cursors, presence indicators).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Page load time (TTFB) < 2 seconds for standard planning views.
• 0 critical accessibility violations in Lighthouse audits.
• 95% test coverage on business logic and key components.
• Zero regressions from Copilot UI paths (AI-to-human handoff flows).
• User satisfaction (CSAT) > 8/10 in feedback sessions.
