We are currently seeking a Soln/Services Line Strategic Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title:  Health Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Integrated Healthcare Solutions

The Health Data SME for Integrated Healthcare Solutions will play a pivotal role within our Healthcare Industry Solutions group. This position requires strategic domain expertise and technical proficiency to develop and enhance integrated health data-oriented solutions tailored to the healthcare industry. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of integrated healthcare ecosystems, particularly focusing on data interoperability and integrated data management across providers, health plans, and life sciences domains.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in integrated healthcare, with a particular emphasis on ensuring seamless data interoperability between key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, health plans, and life sciences organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with vertical leadership, solution architects, and delivery teams to design and develop comprehensive data solutions. This includes developing data models, industry-specific data integration frameworks, and analytics models that align with both industry standards and best practices.  
  • Coordinate and oversee activities within development teams to ensure that all integrated industry solution projects align with the overall solution architecture, meet delivery timelines, and adhere to quality standards.
  • Partner with marketing and business development teams to create impactful go-to-market strategies, including the development of first-call decks and other marketing collateral. Actively participate in client engagements to effectively position and promote the developed solutions.
  • Engage directly with clients, contributing to RFP responses and presenting industry-differentiating points of view (POVs), with a focus on healthcare data enablement, integration and interoperability as critical components of the proposed solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with horizontal technology practices, ensuring that industry-specific requirements are integrated into horizontal solutions to meet the needs of the healthcare industry.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience within the Integrated Healthcare domain.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions, particularly in the areas of data and interoperability, with a focus on articulating the art of the possible.
  • Proven expertise in understanding and developing data integration frameworks for industry-specific solutions.
  • Deep expertise in data-related solutions, including data interoperability, ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing technologies.
  • Experience in architecting and solutioning critical programs, with a focus on data integration within the healthcare industry.
  • A broad understanding of the integrated healthcare industry, with experience spanning multiple sub-sectors, such as health plans, healthcare providers, and life sciences.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a related field such as Medical Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong technical leadership with the capability to provide expert consultation and articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Significant experience in developing and architecting solutions within a collaborative enterprise environment, with an emphasis on cross-functional teamwork and innovation.
  • A strong background in healthcare technology, with a focus on modernizing legacy solutions.
