We are currently seeking a Solution Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Solution Architect with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Position Summary:
The Salesforce Sales Cloud Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
**Solution Design and Architecture:**
Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that align with business requirements and strategic goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural blueprints and documentation.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions.
**Implementation and Integration:**
Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and functionalities.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during implementation phases.
**Stakeholder Engagement:**
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate solution capabilities and gather feedback.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
**Continuous Improvement:**
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
Lead initiatives to enhance the overall Salesforce ecosystem within the organization.
**Team Leadership and Mentorship:**
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Provide technical guidance and support to ensure project success and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
**Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, specifically with Sales Cloud.
**Certifications:** Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.
**Technical Skills:**
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Reporting.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX.
**Soft Skills:**
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
