We are currently seeking a Sr. Systems Programming Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Sr. Systems Programming Analyst 

Position Overview

We are hiring a nan Sr. Systems Programming Analyst within the Automation & DevOps domain. This role is responsible for Azure Cloud:
Azure Policy: Analysis and Design of Azure Policies in alignment with Security Operations.  Remediation of policy findings.  Analysis of gaps in policy.  Working with teams to create implementation that align with policy.

Identity and Access Management: Entra ID, Users, Groups, Service Principal, Managed Identities, Workload Identity Federation, Azure RBAC

Resource Management: Management Groups, Subscriptions, Resource Groups, Enterprise Billing, Creating resources

Azure Resources: Azure Kubernetes, Container Apps, IaaS VMs, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, CosmosDB, Key Vaults,

Azure Networking: ExpressRoute, VNETs and VNET Peering, Private Link, NSG, Azure Firewall, DNS

Azure Logging: Log Routing, Log Analtyics Workspace, Working with Security Operations Center team on log aggregation

Infrastructure As Code: Terraform, Hashicorp Terraform Cloud, Azure DevOps, Sentinel Policy, vscode, git

Project Management: Agile based work streams, project planning, status, feature/story/task development, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Responsibility: Azure Cloud:
Azure Policy: Analysis and Design of Azure Policies in alignment with Security Operations.  Remediation of policy findings.  Analysis of gaps in policy.  Working with teams to create implementation that align with policy.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, or applications

• Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

• Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages

• Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards

• Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and documentation
