We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Monitoring Tools: Grafana, Prometheus,

Deployment: OOO director-based installation

Operations: Customer request handling, load balancer issues, instance

Configurational languages: Ansible (preferred).

Incident management tools

Vendor management

Handling escalations: Critical and High Incidents handling experience.

Containerization: operations, handling containerized ceph environment.

Storage / Ceph Storage: OSD and its node operations, Health issues, pg split issues, bucket issues, ceph balancer configurations, reweighting and resharding, performance issues, deep scrubbing.

Hypervisors: Qemu, Xen, KVM,

Neutron / OpenStack network mgmt.: issue handling experience in IP/Routers/Switches, Instance networking issues,

Certifications: RHOSP/ RHCE/Ansible/OpenShift/Kubernetes. 

Satellite: Administration and Configurations.

Ansible Tower:

Excellent problem solving, analytical skills
