Technology Services Advisory Consultant – Microsoft Copilot & Modern Work
Introduction

We are seeking a Technology Services Advisory Consultant specializing in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Modern Work technologies to support our growing Microsoft Copilot Center of Excellence (CoE).
This role combines technology advisory, user adoption, change management, and governance to help organizations maximize value from Microsoft Copilot and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving business transformation through AI, engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, and enabling successful adoption of modern workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Copilot Advisory & Enablement
•    Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 productivity solutions.
•    Support the Microsoft Copilot CoE in driving adoption, governance, and best practices across client environments.
•    Conduct discovery sessions, use-case workshops, and stakeholder engagements to identify opportunities for Copilot value realization.
•    Develop recommendations and roadmaps for Copilot deployment, adoption, and optimization.
•    Track adoption metrics and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and business outcomes.
Change Management & User Adoption
•    Support organizational change management activities for Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 initiatives.
•    Create and deliver user enablement materials, communication plans, training content, and adoption campaigns.
•    Facilitate workshops, webinars, and awareness sessions for business users and leadership teams.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to drive behavioral change and sustainable technology adoption.
Microsoft 365 & Modern Work Consulting
•    Provide advisory support on Microsoft 365 capabilities, including collaboration, productivity, and employee experience solutions.
•    Engage with stakeholders ranging from frontline employees to executive leadership, translating technical concepts into business value.
•    Support governance and best-practice initiatives related to Microsoft 365 services.
•    Contribute to service improvement and innovation initiatives within the Modern Work portfolio.
Power Platform & SharePoint Support
•    Provide basic administration and support for SharePoint Online sites, including site creation, configuration, permissions management, and content organization.
•    Assist with SharePoint governance and information architecture initiatives.
•    Support basic Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI use cases.
•    Collaborate with technical teams to identify automation and productivity opportunities using Power Platform technologies.
Business Development & Collaboration
•    Partner with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to support client engagements and service growth initiatives.
•    Contribute to solution positioning, demonstrations, and client presentations.
•    Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expansion of Microsoft Modern Work and Copilot services.
•    Stay informed about Microsoft roadmap developments and emerging AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications
•    Experience in consulting, advisory, customer success, adoption, or transformation roles focused on Microsoft technologies.
•    Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Microsoft Copilot capabilities and use cases.
•    Understanding of user adoption, change management, and organizational transformation principles.
•    Basic experience with SharePoint Online site administration and governance.
•    Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI).
•    Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot adoption programs or AI transformation initiatives.
•    Familiarity with Microsoft Adoption Frameworks, Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management methodologies.
•    Experience developing training materials, communication plans, and executive presentations.
•    Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, or Modern Work technologies.
•    Experience working in managed services, consulting, or professional services environments.
