We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Middleware Administrator / Middleware Engineer
 
Professional Summary:
Experienced Middleware Administrator with x+ years of experience in managing and supporting middleware technologies including WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, Java Web Server, JBoss, and IIS. Skilled in installation, configuration, application deployments, patching, performance tuning, SSL certificate management, troubleshooting, and production support. The role includes management of web servers, application servers, API gateways, message queues, SSL certificates, load balancers, and middleware infrastructure in a 24x7 support environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and administer middleware servers and web servers.
Deploy applications and perform server maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
Monitor server health, performance, and availability.
Manage SSL certificates, load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide L2/L3 support.
Support API management, message queues, and middleware integrations.
Automate tasks using Shell scripting, Python, and Ansible.
Work with ServiceNow, Jira, and GitLab for incident and change management.
Maintain documentation and support disaster recovery activities.
Experience supporting production environments with 24x7 operations.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Required Skills
 
Web/app hosting servers: WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, Java Web Server, JBoss, and IIS.
Integration middleware: Tibco, MQ Series, RabbitMQ, and MSMQ/Queue Manager
Tools: Ansible, GitLab, ServiceNow, Jira
Scripting: Shell, Python
Others: SSL, Load Balancer, SQL, Linux, Windows, Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting.
