We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary
This role focuses on managing enterprise backup configurations, storage performance, and reporting within Dell NetWorker environments. The candidate will ensure data availability, conduct performance analysis, and support recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Dell NetWorker Server backups and virtual images for VMware.
• Centralize, automate, and accelerate enterprise backup and recovery processes.
• Administer SAN Switch Management Console and storage performance reporting.
• Monitor PowerScale systems and provide detailed performance analytics.
• Conduct ROE restores and maintain comprehensive recovery documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability and compliance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Expertise in Dell NetWorker Server configuration and VMware backup management.
• Knowledge of SAN Switch Management and PowerScale performance tools.
• Experience with backup monitoring, reporting, and ROE restores.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to support enterprise-scale backup operations.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Typically 2-3 years of experience in backup & recovery engineering or infrastructure operations.
