We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary:
 
This position plans, organizes, coordinates, and tracks activities to develop, deploy, and upgrade software and hardware. He/She troubleshoots project issues to maintain schedules utilizing established processes and procedures and makes recommendations for preventing recurrences. This position coordinates deployments and implementations and facilitates activities to ensure programs and projects are implemented successfully and meet established deadlines.  
Responsibilities 
• Contributes to I.S. projects. 
•Builds – Windows VM/Linux VM/ESX hosts 
Capacity Changes  - Reconfigures Virtual machines/Servers for capacity – Vmotion, change CPU/Memory/Disk allocations. 
Work with VMware, Cosmic, LAPS 
• Resolves and documents project specific issues. 
• Coordinates product deployment. • Supports and maintains stakeholder relationships. 
Work with SMC 
 
Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent • Master's Degree or international equivalent – Preferred 
 
Project Planning Skills

 Serves as a subject matter expert for administration, maintenance, customization, and support of workforce automation tools to increase organizational efficiency.  
Utilizes basic templates and tools for activities and duties of low risk, minimal impact, low complexity, and scope. 
  Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree or International equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline - Preferred 
Prior Knowledge of Windows Operating System, Linux Operating System, VMware, ESX hosts 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
 
3-5 years of Experience  - plans, organizes, coordinates, and tracks activities to develop, deploy, and upgrade software and hardware 
Capacity Changes  - Reconfigures Virtual machines/Servers for capacity – Vmotion, change CPU/Memory/Disk allocations. 
• Strong working knowledge of virtual infrastructure, x86 hardware, MS Clustering, ESX hosts 
• Strong  
• Knowledge of Service Now event, incident and problem management tool procedures, practices and processes • Excellent communications skills (verbal, written) to collaborate with peer teams and customers on Projects 
 Secondary Skills 
 • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc) 
• Experience with Citrix Server / Desktop environment support 
• Knowledge and experience with TCP/IP and networking concepts; Active Directory; SEP; PowerShell scripting; Data Protector; Avamar backups 
 Primary Responsibilities 
3-5 years of Experience - plans, organizes, coordinates, and tracks activities to develop, deploy, and upgrade software and hardware
