We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role: Mobile Engineer

Overview -
Looking for experienced Mobile Developer (Android/iOS) to design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for digital learning and enterprise platforms. The role focuses on cross-platform mobile development, offline-first architectures, secure integrations, and accessibility-compliant user experiences. Working closely with backend, UX, and platform teams to deliver secure, and inclusive mobile applications.

Responsibilities -
1. Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using modern mobile frameworks
2. Build reusable components and ensure consistent behavior across devices and OS versions
3. Optimize mobile applications for performance, reliability, and scalability
4. Implement offline-first capabilities using SQLite or Realm
5. Manage secure local storage for sensitive data, tokens, and credentials
6. Handle data synchronization and conflict resolution between offline and online states
7. Integrate mobile applications with SSO solutions and enterprise identity providers
8. Consume OpenAPI-based REST services securely and efficiently
9. Support learning content standards such as SCORM and cmi5 for mobile learning
10. Implement mobile accessibility best practices, including:
10.a. VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android)
10.b. Color contrast compliance
10.c. Scalable and dynamic text support
11. Collaborate with UX designers to deliver inclusive, user-centric interfaces
12. Write unit and integration tests for mobile applications.
13. Participate in code reviews and follow secure coding best practices.
14. Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement.

Requirements -
1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
2. 8+ years of experience in implementing/designing solutions using web and mobile based application technologies
3. Good hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale, mobile applications
4. Proven experience working in DevOps-driven environments
5. Relevant Experience - Minimum 6+ years
6. Critical thinker and good problem-solver
7. Good oral and written communication skills
8. Good team player, self-starter, and good analytical skills
9. Good understanding about code quality, security standards, and programing best practices

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
Mobile Frameworks - Cross-platform mobile frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native, or equivalent)
Platforms - Android & iOS
Offline Storage - SQLite or Realm
Security - Secure local storage, token management
Integrations - SSO integration, OpenAPI / REST services
Learning Standards - SCORM, cmi5
Accessibility - VoiceOver, TalkBack, contrast & scalable text

Desirable Skills (Good to know and optional)
Native Skills - Kotlin, Swift (basic to intermediate)
Testing - Mobile unit & UI testing frameworks
Performance - App optimization, profiling
Distribution - App Store / Play Store deployment
UX - Accessibility testing and usability validation
