We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in storage platforms and infrastructure automation. In this role, you will design, deploy, and maintain high-performance file, object, and cloud-integrated storage systems. You will work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure data reliability, disaster recovery readiness, and seamless CI/CD release automation

• Infrastructure Automation: Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible to provision and manage storage resources.
• Storage Management: Oversee large-scale file and object storage systems (such as S3-compatible storage, NFS, or SMB).
• Pipeline Optimization: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows for release automation and testing.
• Data Protection: Configure and test automated snapshots, data replication, backup, and disaster recovery policies.
• Monitoring & Security: Monitor storage performance, enforce strict identity and access controls (IAM), and manage secrets securely.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure bottlenecks, latency issues, and storage scaling limitations.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or systems administration.
  • Storage Knowledge: Hands-on experience with file, block, or object storage architectures (NFS, SMB, S3) and data protection workflows.
  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Scripting & Coding: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Containerization: Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized workloads.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Experience using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep
