We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title: Network Engineer / Infrastructure Deployment Specialist

Job Summary:

The Network Engineer / Infrastructure Deployment Specialist will be responsible for the design, deployment, and migration of network infrastructure projects, including regional office deployments, data center builds/migrations, and cloud infrastructure deployments. This role requires a strong understanding of network architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will ensure that all deployments adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and compliance requirements, while maintaining system stability and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Regional Office Deployments:
    • Design new regional office network infrastructure and migrate legacy infrastructure to global standards.
    • Create network Bill of Materials (BOM).
    • Order circuits and manage circuit delivery.
    • Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and project scope.
    • Create Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) documentation.
    • Develop and execute deployment plans, including configuration preparation, testing, validation, and deployment timelines.
    • Perform failover testing and ensure system redundancy.
    • Hand over the completed site to the operations team, providing necessary documentation and training.
  • Data Center Build/Migration Projects:
    • Design data center infrastructure according to global standards.
    • Create LLD and HLD documentation for data center environments.
    • Collaborate with coordination and server teams to plan data center builds/migrations in multiple phases.
    • Conduct thorough testing by deploying configurations in non-production environments to identify and resolve potential issues.
    • Execute configuration deployment and perform failover testing.
    • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the initial operational phase.
    • Monitor the system after deployment to ensure stability and performance.
  • Wireless Infrastructure Deployment:
    • Deploy Wi-Fi infrastructure in regional offices, including Remote Access Points (RAPs) and Access Points (APs).
    • Integrate wireless infrastructure with Aruba controllers.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Deployment:
    • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Lifecycle Management and Network Hygiene:
    • Coordinate with the Business as Usual (BAU) team for lifecycle management projects to ensure network hygiene.
  • Compliance and Standards:
    • Ensure that all deployments adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and compliance requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in network infrastructure design, deployment, and migration.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security.
  • Experience with creating LLD and HLD documentation.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers).
  • Experience with Aruba wireless infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements related to network infrastructure.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
