NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

 

 

Key Job Responsibilities: Technical Authority for end user services analytics area – Conduct research in the area – industry analysts, competition, customer needs, technology provider trends etc. & develop Dell Point of View (PoV) & thought leadership Collaborate with the EUS delivery SME’s, line managers & senior delivery managers to understand current maturity, capture data flow & mapping, operational requirements; Document these as functional specifications for reporting & dashboard. Research analytics technologies / tools available in the market. Coordinate with vendors for demo, case studies and references Setup PoC in lab/test environments to evaluate the fitment of available tools against Dell’s requirements Conduct cost-benefit / ROI analysis & provide recommendations to management Implementation Expert for the chosen analytics toolset in identified accounts – Work with management & assigned project managers to develop implementation project plan Design deployment architecture & associated integrations with other tools Coordinate with account delivery teams to identify automation opportunities Lead the design & development of analytics models & testing of the same. Lead the technical design & development for integrations with various data sources (tools like ITSM, monitoring, KM, finance etc.) Prepare detailed technical documentation of the implemented solution Presales & Marketing support Prepare sales / presales / marketing collaterals – presentations, standard proposal content, service offering data sheet, case studies etc. Build demo environment of solution for showcase to customers Build cost model & cost calculators for use in new pursuits Continual Improvement of the solution / service Build standard library of analytics models that can be reused in all implementations Provide expert technical oversight to the tools support team Collaborate with delivery teams to identify on-going improvement areas & build new analytics models in the tools solution Work with delivery teams to identify existing accounts where the analytics tools solution can be deployed
