We are currently seeking a Tcom - Network Support Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities 
•    Advanced UC Administration & Operations: Perform advanced call routing, numbering-plan optimization, and feature configuration (hunt groups, call queuing, call forwarding, call admission control); own complex incidents and problems escalated from L2, delivering RCA and permanent fixes; ensure compliance with UC redundancy, failover, and disaster-recovery strategies. 
•    Integration & Interoperability: Support integrations with SBCs, gateways (CUBE), PSTN providers, and contact center solutions (UCCE); ensure compatibility across hybrid UC environments (on-premises plus cloud UC such as Webex or Teams voice, where applicable). 
•    Architecture & Design Leadership: Design and implement Cisco UC solutions, including CUCM clusters, SRST sites, SIP trunking strategies, and dial plan configurations; produce HLD/LLD documentation for UC deployments and migrations. 
•    Security & Compliance: Enforce UC security measures and participate in E911 configuration and regulatory compliance audits. 
•    Upgrades & Migrations: Plan and execute version upgrades, product migrations (CUCM 12.x+), and infrastructure refresh projects. 
•    Governance & Documentation: Define UC best practices, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer documentation for L1/L2 teams. 
•    Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with Cisco TAC and carrier vendors for L3 escalations, service-request creation, and post-incident reviews. 
Required Skills & Experience 
•    Deep hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), including design, deployment, and cluster management. 
•    Expertise administering Cisco Unity Connection (voicemail) and Cisco Emergency Responder (E911). 
•    Proven expertise in dial plan design (E.164 numbering, global route patterns, SIP normalization). 
•    Strong experience with SIP trunk management and SRST site-survivability configuration. 
•    Hands-on experience with CUBE (Cisco Unified Border Element) and voice gateway deployments (TDM, PRI, SIP). 
•    Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols: SIP, RTP, SRTP, MGCP, and H.323. 
•    Expertise in UC security best practices, including SRTP/TLS configuration and UC hardening. 
Nice-to-Have Skills 
•    Experience automating UC provisioning (Python, PowerShell, Ansible) or using orchestration tools. 
•    Familiarity with UCCE (contact center) integrations. 
•    Knowledge of UC health-monitoring tools (Prime Collaboration, DNA Center, or equivalent). 
Education & Certifications 
•    BE/B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree in IT or Telecommunications. 
•    Cisco CCNP Collaboration required (or actively held) at this level; Cisco CCIE Collaboration (or written exam cleared) preferred; ITIL v4 Foundation an advantage.
