We are currently seeking a Tech Lead- Data to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Duties: Role Title: Data Architect / Technical Lead
Role Summary: A Data Architect / Technical Lead to support TMHCC in designing and implementing a modern, scalable, and governed data platform. The role will lead the definition of enterprise data architecture, establish standardized data frameworks, and enable a unified, trusted data foundation across regions. This position requires strong expertise in Snowflake, AWS cloud, Medallion architecture, and data governance, along with the ability to drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
•    Architect scalable data warehousing solutions on Snowflake (AWS) 
•    Design and implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers) 
•    Define a unified, stitched enterprise data model across regional sources 
•    Establish data patterns, frameworks, and integration strategies (batch & real-time) 
•    Drive consensus on business rules, data definitions, and sources across regions 
•    Implement data governance frameworks (quality, lineage, ownership) 
•    Define and enforce data-level security (RBAC, row/column-level security, masking) 
•    Provide technical leadership and collaborate with business and engineering teams
Required Skills
•    Strong experience in data warehousing & dimensional modeling 
•    Hands-on expertise in Snowflake and AWS 
•    Experience with Medallion/Lakehouse architecture 
•    Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management 
•    Expertise in data security and access control 
•    Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
Expected Outcomes
