We are currently seeking a Tech Solns. Arch. Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title: Tech Lead / Architect

Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead cum Architect with strong application development experience to design, build, and scale cloud-native, SaaS-based applications. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with deep expertise in modern web technologies and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of scalable, cloud-native SaaS applications
• Design end-to-end solutions using Python (backend) and React (frontend)
• Drive best practices in application design, coding standards, security, and performance
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams
• Collaborate with product, UX, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in application development using Python and React
• Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, multi-tenancy, scalability, and reliability
• Experience with cloud-native development, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and modern CI/CD practices
• Ability to balance hands-on development with architectural and technical leadership

Preferred

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to DevOps and SRE practices
