We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Architecture Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interact with a large variety of clients to provide network technical support for complex network-related incidents, changes, and projects
• Gather requirements, analyse technical networking issues, and develop options and recommendations
• Coordinate, install, and maintain appropriate systems software and hardware
• Participate in large, complex projects

Requirements:

• Expert-level understanding of network and network security architecture within a mixed environment of network solutions
• Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, VRF, IPSEC, IOS, IOS-XE, Dell OS9/10, VMware vSphere/NSX, DWD, spine and leaf architecture
• Ability to function as the highest point of escalation for network-related issues
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting networks in enterprise-level organizations
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Expertise with a breadth of network technologies, including routers, firewalls, load balancers, multicast solutions, WAN technologies, etc.
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to maintain a current working knowledge of related hardware, software, solutions, and processes
• Experience participating in large, complex projects
• Experience working with third parties (contractors/consultants)

Work Timings:

Flexible to work in 24/7 environment, with monthly rotation.
