We are currently seeking a UX Designer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
UX Designer – Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and user-centric UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong design thinking with business understanding, user research, interaction design, and visual communication to solve complex customer problems.
As part of a multidisciplinary product team, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, Researchers, and other Designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Discovery
- Conduct user interviews, stakeholder workshops, contextual inquiries, and usability testing.
- Translate customer insights into actionable design opportunities.
- Create personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and service blueprints.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points.
Experience Design
- Design intuitive user flows, task flows, information architecture, and navigation systems.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA) and inclusive design principles.
Interaction Design
- Define interaction patterns, micro-interactions, and motion behaviors.
- Simplify complex workflows into elegant user experiences.
- Create design specifications and collaborate with developers during implementation.
Design Systems
- Utilize and contribute to enterprise design systems.
- Maintain consistency across products through reusable components and design standards.
- Collaborate with UI Designers to evolve component libraries and design tokens.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with Engineering teams throughout implementation.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, design reviews, and retrospectives.
Validation & Optimization
- Plan and conduct usability testing.
- Iterate designs based on customer feedback and analytics.
- Measure success using UX metrics and product KPIs.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, mobile, or customer-facing digital products.
