We are currently seeking a UiPath Automation Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Duties: The UiPath Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, security, and ongoing support of the UiPath RPA platform. This role ensures platform stability, scalability, performance, and compliance while enabling development and operations teams to deliver automation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain UiPath components (Orchestrator, Robots, Studio, Automation Suite/Cloud).
Administer UiPath Orchestrator: tenants, folders, machines, robots, packages, queues, assets, and schedules.
Manage users, roles, permissions, and access controls in line with security and compliance policies.
Monitor platform health, performance, and availability; troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues.
Manage platform security: credentials, certificates, secrets (CyberArk/Azure Key Vault/other vaults), and audit logs.
Support CI/CD pipelines for RPA (package deployment, environment promotion).
Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery planning and testing.
Apply patches, hotfixes, and version upgrades with minimal downtime.
Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
Maintain platform documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
Ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong experience administering UiPath (Orchestrator and Robots) in enterprise environments.
Understanding of RPA concepts, queues, assets, and robot execution models.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and/or UiPath Automation Cloud (preferred).
Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation and administration.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Minimum Skills Required: UiPath Developement / Support: 4-5 years
Any other RPA skills: 1-2 years
