Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement OpenText Cloud (CSP) deployments of Content Server, Archive Center, Intelligent Viewing and Directory Services, including tenant setup, environment topology and hybrid connectivity to on-premises systems.
• Design and implement Cloud Information Archive: ingestion pipelines, indexing, search, retention policies, legal hold and compliance/eDiscovery capabilities.
• Build, maintain and version Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests for the in-scope products: configuration management, secrets via a managed secrets store, resource requests/limits, liveness/readiness probes, autoscaling, affinity rules and rolling upgrade strategies.

• Own cloud cutover planning and execution: migration of workloads from on-premises to cloud, dry runs, rollback plans and hypercare.
• Perform performance and capacity engineering: sizing, load testing, tuning of application, storage and database layers; cloud cost optimization.
• Ensure security and compliance of cloud deployments: TLS everywhere, encryption at rest, key and certificate management, least-privilege identities, audit logging, vulnerability scanning and patching.
• Act as expert advisor on OpenText Cloud roadmap, service limits, upgrade cycles and vendor coordination.
• Produce operational runbooks, as-built documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to internal operations teams.
• Service mesh, API gateway and ingress controller configuration.
• Database operations for ECM workloads (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) including HA and backup strategies.
• Cost management and FinOps practices for cloud workloads.
• Large-scale archive migration to cloud archiving platforms.
• Cloud/CSP deployment architecture and environment topology documentation.
• Production-grade Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests and per-environment configuration.
• CI/CD pipeline definitions for build, deploy and rollback.
• Observability setup: dashboards, alerts and SLO definitions.
• Backup/restore and disaster-recovery design plus tested runbooks.
• Cloud Information Archive configuration and compliance/retention setup.
• Cutover, rollback and hypercare plans; post-go-live reports.
• Operational runbooks, as-built documentation and knowledge transfer.
