We are currently seeking a Z2_SFMC Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with 3–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, email development, customer journeys, data management, and API integrations to support personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Build and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder.
  • Develop responsive, dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS.
  • Create and manage automations using Automation Studio.
  • Develop and manage audience segmentation using SQL and Data Extensions.
  • Configure and maintain Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deliverability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Required Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML5, CSS3, and SQL.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Knowledge of Data Extensions, Subscriber Management, and segmentation strategies.
  • Experience creating dynamic, personalized email campaigns.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance.
  • Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, or Interaction Studio (Personalization).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Exposure to scripting and automation tools.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or a related field.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferred)
