We are currently seeking a Z2_UX Designer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Summary

We are looking for a UX Designer who can create intuitive, consistent, and user-centered experiences for web and/or mobile products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex requirements into simple, elegant flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, while validating decisions through research and usability testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business goals and user needs; translate them into user journeys, task flows, IA, and UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web/mobile.
• Run/assist with user research (interviews, surveys), synthesize insights, and define personas.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data.
• Maintain and evolve design systems (components, patterns, guidelines) for consistency.
• Partner with engineering to ensure design feasibility, handoff clarity, and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Collaborate with product to define requirements, success metrics, and prioritize improvements.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design (basic WCAG awareness).
• Document design decisions and rationale; present designs to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, usability principles
• Ability to create: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI specs
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD (any)
• Knowledge of responsive design and common UI patterns
• Experience working with developers: handoff, specs, redlines, design QA
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/React components)
• Data-informed design using analytics (funnels, heatmaps)
• Motion/interaction tools: Principle / After Effects / Lottie
• Experience designing enterprise tools, dashboards, or complex workflows
