We are currently seeking a Z2_UX Designer/Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are looking for a UX Designer who can create intuitive, consistent, and user-centered experiences for web and/or mobile products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex requirements into simple, elegant user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You should be highly hands-on in Figma, comfortable working with design systems, and able to align designs with real-world implementation using React/Angular component libraries (Material UI / Angular Material). You will validate design decisions through research, usability testing, and data, and continuously improve experiences based on feedback and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business goals and user needs; translate them into user journeys, task flows, information architecture, and UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web/mobile products.
• Work hands-on in Figma: auto-layout, components/variants, styles, libraries, prototyping, and collaboration workflows.
• Run/assist with user research (interviews, surveys), synthesize insights, and define personas and problem statements.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback, research learnings, and product metrics.
• Maintain and evolve design systems (components, patterns, guidelines, design tokens) to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs are feasible and align with React/Angular component-based implementation, including Material UI / Angular Material patterns.
• Ensure smooth handoff by delivering clear UI specs, redlines, interaction notes, and acceptance criteria; support implementation with design QA.
• Partner with product managers to define requirements, success metrics, and prioritize improvements based on user value and business impact.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design principles (basic WCAG awareness) are followed across screens and flows.
• Document design decisions and rationale; present concepts and final designs to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, usability principles, heuristic evaluation
• Ability to create: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI specifications, and documentation
• Strong hands-on experience in Figma: auto-layout, components/variants, styles, libraries, prototyping, and developer handoff
• Knowledge of responsive design and common UI patterns for web and mobile
• Experience working with developers: handoff, specs, redlines, design QA, iterative collaboration
• Working knowledge of front-end UI constraints and component libraries, ideally React or Angular with Material UI / Angular Material
• Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building or scaling design systems and component libraries across products
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and component-driven development concepts
• Data-informed design using analytics (funnels, heatmaps, user behavior insights)
• Motion/interaction tools: Principle / After Effects / Lottie
• Experience designing enterprise tools, dashboards, or complex workflows
• Familiarity with agile product teams, discovery practices, and experiment-driven iteration
