We are currently seeking a Z3_Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Business Architect – Job description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about aligning business strategies with technology solutions and ensuring organizational processes are optimized for efficiency and scalability. You will work closely with senior architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business needs and contribute to designing models that support enterprise goals. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and maintaining business architecture frameworks, including capability maps, value streams, and process models. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into architectural models. • Support the analysis of current-state and future-state business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. • Participate in workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate architectural designs. • Help ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions through documentation and modeling. • Maintain business architecture repositories and ensure consistency across artifacts. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • Basic understanding of business process modeling, enterprise architecture concepts, and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with modeling tools (e.g., Visio, ArchiMate) is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and business capability mapping. • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives or IT strategy projects. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business environments.
