We are currently seeking a Z3_Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build and scale modern web applications using Java + Spring Boot on the backend and React.js + Redux on the frontend, with Node.js for BFF, integrations, tooling, or microservices where applicable. You will work closely with product, UX, and platform teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs (microservices preferred).
• Build responsive frontend UIs using React.js, Redux, and modern component patterns.
• Develop Node.js services (BFF layer, integrations, API gateways, real-time services, or lightweight microservices).
• Implement secure authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) and role-based access controls.
• Optimize application performance (API latency, UI rendering, caching, DB query tuning).
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code; follow coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate on system design, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.
• Troubleshoot issues across UI, services, and infrastructure logs; improve observability.

Required Skills

Backend

• Strong in Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC
• REST API design, validation, error handling, versioning
• JPA/Hibernate (or similar ORM), transaction management
• Database proficiency: PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle, SQL writing and tuning

Frontend

• Strong in React.js, Redux (Redux Toolkit preferred)
• JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals, state management, hooks
• HTML5/CSS3, responsive UI development
• API integration and async patterns

Node.js

• Node.js + Express/NestJS
• Building APIs and integrating with backend services
• Understanding of event loop, async I/O, and performance basics

Engineering Practices

• Git, branching strategies, pull requests, code review culture
• Unit testing (JUnit/Mockito, Jest/RTL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines

Good to Have

• Microservices patterns (service discovery, config mgmt, resilience)
• Messaging: Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Caching: Redis
• Docker/Kubernetes basics
• Cloud exposure: Azure/AWS/GCP
• Observability: ELK, Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry
• Security best practices (OWASP, secure API design)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science or equivalent practical experience
