We are currently seeking a .NET Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

The fullstack engineering pod is comprised of “t-shaped” engineers that have depth in their primary technology, and have breadth across frontend, backend, DevOps, automation, cloud, and automation. This is a high-caliber team of professionals, that leverage code first strategies combined with AI augmented engineering practices

Developer who will implement standardized patterns under guidance from senior team members. Focus on learning established patterns, applying them consistently, and growing technical expertise in distributed .NET services. This role provides an opportunity to work with modern .NET technologies and AI-powered development tools while building expertise in enterprise-grade software patterns.

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement features following established patterns with guidance from senior engineers
• Refactor code to align with standardized patterns
• Write unit and integration tests following TDD practices
• Document changes and maintain clear commit histories
• Learn and apply clean code and SOLID principles
• Participate in code reviews
• Utilize AI coding assistants to improve productivity

Required Technical Skills:

• 4+ years engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development
• Proficiency in C# and .NET (8/9)
• Understanding of REST API concepts
• Basic knowledge of cloud services (Azure)
• Asynchronous programming fundamentals
• Version control with Git
• Unit testing fundamentals
• Willingness to learn and apply new patterns

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to distributed systems
• Familiarity with containerization
• Basic CI/CD understanding
• Contract-first API development concepts

Learning & Growth Focus:

• Developing expertise in pattern-driven development
• Building skills in AI-augmented coding practices
• Growing understanding of distributed system design
• Strengthening clean code and refactoring abilities

AI & Modern Development:

• Willingness to learn and use AI coding accelerators (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
• Openness to AI-augmented development workflows
• Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
