We are currently seeking a .NET Lead Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Fullstack Engineering Pod

The fullstack engineering pod is comprised of “t-shaped” engineers that have depth in their primary technology, and have breadth across frontend, backend, DevOps, automation, cloud, and automation. This is a high-caliber team of professionals, that leverage code first strategies combined with AI augmented engineering practices.

Technical leader for a full-stack software engineering POD. This is a hands-on, player-coach role requiring deep technical expertise combined with the ability to guide, mentor, and direct the team. Leaders in this role are expected to be hands-in and actively engaged in technical work—decomposing problems, establishing patterns, and working alongside the team, not just managing from a distance. Teams will be using the latest AI tools to augment development.

Core Responsibilities:

• Decompose complex technical problem spaces and create work breakdown structures
• Drive technical execution / delivery and directly contribute code
• Coach and mentor team members on best practices and pattern implementation
• Collaborate with US-based teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment
• Champion AI-augmented development practices across the team

Required Technical Skills:

• 10+ years engineering experience
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET (8/9) and C#
• Deep experience with distributed, cloud-hosted services on Azure
• REST API and Asynchronous message design and implementation
• Contract-first development approach
• Test-driven development (TDD)
• Clean code principles and SOLID design patterns
• 12-factor application methodology
• Containerization
• CI/CD/CT (Continuous Integration, Deployment, Testing) patterns

Preferred Skills:

• React or Angular
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, and Helm)

• Build pipeline design and implementation

• IoT solutions
• Observability patterns and implementation

Leadership Competencies:

• Driver personality with strong initiative
• Player-coach mentality—actively codes while mentoring
• Strong communication skills for cross-timezone collaboration

AI & Modern Development:

• Hands-on experience with AI coding accelerators (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)

Ability to train team members on effective AI tool utilization
