Job Summary
The Esker Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Esker platform. This role supports business users by ensuring the efficient operation of document automation workflows, system integrations, user access, and application performance. The administrator works closely with Finance, IT, ERP teams, and business stakeholders to streamline processes, resolve system issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
•    Administer and maintain the Esker platform across all supported business processes.
•    Configure workflows, business rules, approval routing, document templates, and automation settings.
•    Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
•    Support Accounts Receivable, Order Management, and other Esker solutions.
•    Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.
•    Coordinate with business users to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
•    Ensure business continuity by monitoring document processing queues and workflow exceptions.
•    Support integration between Esker and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle FCM & JDE).
•    Work with IT teams to troubleshoot integration, API, and connectivity issues.
•    Assist in testing upgrades, patches, and new Esker releases.
•    Coordinate with Esker CS and PS Support for issue resolution and product enhancements.
•    Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
•    Monitor KPIs related to document processing, workflow efficiency, and system utilization.
•    Analyze system performance and recommend optimization strategies.
•    Teaching the system to recognize and extract information correctly from business documents.
•    During UAT ensure all the enhancements and requirements are perfectly working in QA and sending confirmation to ESKER PS team for deployment in production.
•    Be super active during hyper care to track all the issue and resolve it timely to avoid processing delays.
•    Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and standard operating procedures.
•    Maintain SOX controls to ensure the Esker admin process has been performed under SOX governance.
•    Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and security standards.
•    Support internal and external audits involving the Esker platform.
•    Provide training and guidance to end users.
•    Develop user documentation.
•    Act as a primary point of contact for Esker-related questions and support requests.
•    Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and user experience.
•    Recommend best practices and new Esker features to improve business processes.
