We are currently seeking a Salesforce Functional Testing to join our team in Bangalore/Anywhere india, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Service, Experience, and Loyalty Cloud features.
• Design, write, and execute test cases and test scenarios for new features and bug fixes.
• Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing in Salesforce environments.
• Validate workflows in Service Cloud (e.g., case lifecycle, email-to-case, knowledge management).
• Test Experience Cloud components (e.g., portals, user access, navigation, content visibility).
• Verify Loyalty Cloud processes (e.g., member registration, points accrual/redemption, tier logic).
• Log and track defects in tools such as Jira, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Participate in UAT cycles, system demos, and provide test status reports.
• Maintain test data, environments, and reusable QA documentation.
Required Skills:
• 3–5 years of experience in manual/functional testing in a Salesforce environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Service Cloud workflows and configurations.
• Experience Cloud user flows and access management.
• Loyalty Cloud program logic and customer journey processes.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or similar.
• Understanding of test cycles in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good communication and documentation skills for defect reporting and user story clarification.
Nice to Have:
• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform concepts (objects, relationships, flows).
• ISTQB Certification or similar QA qualification.
• Experience working with Salesforce test automation tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium) is a plus.
Work Model:
• Available to support testing and meetings in Australian Time Zone (AEST/AEDT).
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (QA, developers, product owners, admins).
